Yes, we do offer free exchanges! You may initiate an exchange up to 30 days after an item’s delivery date. The item must be unused and unwashed. We do not charge for shipping on exchanges.

Exchange Process:
Once we have received your exchange request, our team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Please ship your original item back to us. Once received, we will send you the new item you are exchanging for.

What if I need to return or exchange an item purchased from a retailer that carries Brasada?
We only accept returns/exchanges for items purchased directly through the Brasada website. If you have purchased a Brasada product from one of our retail partners and there is an issue, please contact the original place of purchase and follow their individual return/exchange policy.
